Here at Spin Servers, we strive to provide the best network experience with our dedicated server hosting services. For example, Spin Servers has standardized 10Gbps networking on all of our dedicated servers. In fact, all of our dedicated servers come with TWO 10Gbps ports configured with Link Aggregation (LACP), for an aggregated 20Gbps (redundant network ports). We are the first hosting company in the world to offer 20Gbps capable servers at affordable rates.

Almost every other hosting company uses a single top-of-rack (TOR) switch in order to cut corners on cost and power usage. Spin Servers uses redundant TOR switches to provide better performance and uptime for your business.

Today, we are pleased to announce that we have recently completed a huge network expansion in Dallas, adding an additional 100Gbps of network capacity on top of what we already had in Dallas. Part of our decision to expand our network capacity even more than it already was, was due to the demand for our instant bare metal dedicated server services increasing due to the shift of businesses working from home in these current times. We will continue to monitor our network, and grow/increase the capacity as needed in order to maintain the high quality standards that our clients are accustomed to.

With this capacity increase - we have also grown our redundancy and added additional diversity to the network carriers in our blend. Spin Servers’ BGP optimized network now includes the following bandwidth carriers: Cogent, GTT, Comcast, plus peering - providing you and your users with the best latency and network connectivity experience possible.

Other Exciting News:

In September 2020, Spin Servers users will be able to instantly spin up dedicated servers in a new location: San Jose, California! From day one, we will be opening our San Jose location with multiple redundant uplinks, and a large multi-homed network backbone.

All of Spin Servers’ enterprise features, including 10Gbps server bandwidth, Virtual Private Cloud (VPC), DDoS protection, and FlexIP will be available in San Jose at launch. Users will be able to manage and deploy Dallas and San Jose servers from the same client portal.
