About Rust
Rust is a multiplayer-only survival game from the UK studio Facepunch Studios. It launched in early access in 2013, received its full release in 2018, and is also available on PlayStation and Xbox. Players start with almost nothing and must gather resources, craft tools and weapons, build bases and keep their hunger, thirst and health in check.
Wildlife is a threat, but other players are the biggest danger. Raiding rival bases is a core part of the game, which is why many players team up in clans to survive. Servers can also be modded to add extra content.
