Requesting or Removing IP Addresses

Spin Servers provides the number of IP addresses you need without requiring you to purchase or remain bound to a fixed subnet. You can begin with a small allocation and request additional IP addresses as your requirements grow. Additional IP addresses are billed monthly at the applicable rate.

All IP address additions and removals must be requested through a support ticket. IP addresses can no longer be added or removed directly through the Client Area.

Requesting Additional IP Addresses

Open a support ticket from the Spin Servers Client Area and include:

  • The number of IP addresses requested

  • The server’s hostname, service ID, or other identifying details

Our team will review the request and confirm the assignment, pricing, and any required next steps.

For large IP address requests, Spin Servers reserves the right to request additional information or technical justification. This review helps us protect our network, maintain IP reputation, and ensure responsible allocation of limited IPv4 resources.

All IP address requests are subject to review and availability.

Removing IP Addresses

To remove IP addresses from a server, open a support ticket and include:

  • The exact IP address or addresses to be removed

  • The server’s hostname, service ID, or other identifying details

Please verify that the listed IP addresses are no longer in use before submitting your request. Our team will process the removal and confirm when it has been completed.

If you are unsure which IP addresses are assigned to your server, include the server details in your ticket and ask our support team for assistance.
